Plant Maintenance
Solution Overview
Maintenance work is planned and scheduled in SAP, resulting in the creation of Work Orders. When breakdowns or maintenance requests are logged via PM Notifications, priority work orders are created and also made available in SAP.
d.Code Mobile Plant Maintenance retrieves created Work Orders based on configurable timelines from SAP and make it available to the Foremen on his mobile device.
Technical Clerks/Administrators/Supervisors can easily assign work orders, created from logged notifications, to specific technical staff, as well as be able to monitor the status of the assigned work orders. Over Inspections can also be done.
Technicians/Artisans/Engineers can receive their work orders on a mobile device, allowing them to perform the following activities for each work order:
• Start the work order.
• Complete any linked task lists.
• Add notes and photos.
• Pause the work order if anything holds back the completion of the work.
• Complete the work order.
